Wanderlust is a real thing.

1. We’ll start with an introductory call (or Zoom if that works for you). During this call, we’ll talk about where you want to go, what kind of trip you’re looking for, what you know you want/know you don’t want, your overall budget, and answer any questions about how working with a travel advisor (ME!) works. During that call, we’ll also populate my CRM with any special details (loyalty numbers, allergies, favorite items…) and any future or bucket-list trips that I can watch out for.

2. Based on what we discuss and what kind of trip you’re looking for, I’ll work on a framework and basic suggestions as well a recommendation on what kind of planning support I suggest and determine what those planning fees will look like. We’ll follow-up with another call or Zoom to get some feedback on ideas/hotels etc, and finalize how we’ll move forward.

3. From there, we’ll set a timeline of deliverables (hotels, excursions, tour guides etc) so you feel comfortable with the planning experience and know our deadlines.

4. When we’re done planning and booking, depending on what level of concierge experience we’ve decided on, I will create anywhere from an itinerary to a full-blown “book of fun” for your trip. I’ll continue to be available for any questions, tweaks, or clarification you need.

5. Once you’re headed on to your dream trip, I’m STILL here for you. Something weird happen? Challenges with your hotel? Miss a tour? I will be on high-alert during your trip so anything that comes up can be handled by me… and you can just go on enjoying your trip.

6. Want to gush over your trip when you get home? I CAN’T WAIT FOR YOUR CALL! I want to hear all your highlights and experiences. I am literally here end-to-end.
